Job Description


• Oversee and manage all aspects of the cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance program.

• Create comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

• Regularly perform risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in NADRA's systems and processes.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.

• Work closely with all departments to integrate cybersecurity measures into their operations. This includes providing education and training to staff to raise awareness of cybersecurity risks and compliance requirements.

• Regularly provide training sessions and materials to staff to ensure they understand the importance of cybersecurity and their role in maintaining it.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments, threats, and trends in cyber security.

Professional Experience


• 10 years post qualification experience in Information Security Policy making, risk assessment, and compliance.

• Experience in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Applications, Web Based App Development, and the implications of cybersecurity threats is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Working knowledge of ISO, NIST, GDPR guidelines.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Proven track record of implementing and managing cybersecurity programs in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Educational Background


• Bachelors in Computer Science (4 years) or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.

• Masters in Computer Science or equivalent will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  6. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  8. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
  9. Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  10. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during the interview.
  11. The deadline for submission of application is 9th June, 2024 and only online applications will be accepted.
