Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Manager – Eastern Africa Region

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Full-Time, Onsite)

Industry: Healthcare, Women & Baby Care, International Sales

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Us:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization involved in the manufacturing and distribution of premium maternity pants, sanitary pads, and baby healthcare products under the brand Moyo Comforts. With an expanding footprint across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and other East African markets, we are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Karachi-based team and lead cross-border growth initiatives.

Role Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, execution, and reporting across the East African market. You will lead the planning, performance tracking, and communication with our country teams, distributors, and key partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in maternity, sanitary, or baby care products and be passionate about expanding business in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute result-driven sales and marketing strategies for East African regions.
  • Coordinate closely with in-country sales teams and distributors in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and others.
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competition, pricing, and trends in the maternity & baby product sector.
  • Drive marketing campaigns and digital brand visibility with the Pakistan-based marketing team.
  • Provide strategic reports to Sales Head and top management for decision-making.
  • Train and guide team members, ensuring alignment with goals and market insights.
  • Represent the brand in virtual meetings, trade discussions, and sales reviews with regional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing of maternity, sanitary, baby care, or FMCG health-related products.
  • Strong knowledge or working exposure to East African healthcare and retail markets.
  • Excellent command of sales performance tools, reporting, and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-border teams.
  • Passion for women's and baby health products and their regional impact.
