Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist (MarTech Focus)

We are looking for a tech-savvy digital marketer with strong communication skills to lead and execute our brand's marketing, content creation, and campaign strategies. This role is hands-on — you will work directly with AI-powered tools like Jasper AI for content creation, Mailchimp for email campaigns, and other digital platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

You will plan, create, and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives, manage our social media presence, and ensure brand consistency across all digital and corporate communications.

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy digital marketer with strong communication skills to lead and execute our brand's marketing, content creation, and campaign strategies. This role is hands-on — you will work directly with AI-powered tools like Jasper AI for content creation, Mailchimp for email campaigns, and other digital platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Use Jasper AI to create high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, ad copy, etc.) aligned with brand messaging.
  • Design visually compelling assets using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Create and manage Mailchimp campaigns for newsletters, product updates, and promotional content.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, report performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Write engaging copy and ensure consistent posting aligned with company initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics and respond to audience interactions.
Corporate Communications
  • Draft press releases, internal updates, newsletters, and event announcements.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels.
  • Support marketing for corporate events, webinars, and trade shows.
Brand Management
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all digital and print materials.
  • Ensure all content meets design and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Jasper AI, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for marketing and technology.
