    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Upwork clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Continuously track and analyze Upwork performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve proposal success rates and conversion.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals accurately reflect service capabilities and client needs.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Engage with potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and understand their business requirements.
    • Develop strong client relationships to convert leads into long-term contracts.
    • Negotiate project terms and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Maintain a high standard of communication and responsiveness to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Business Growth Strategy:
    • Work on expanding lead generation efforts beyond Upwork, exploring other freelance platforms and direct outreach.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound strategies to generate leads.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
    • Assist in refining our positioning and offerings for SEO and WordPress services based on market insights.
  4. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Monitor KPIs, proposal success rates, and revenue growth from Upwork.
    • Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, client feedback, and competitive insights.
    • Analyze Upwork data to optimize strategies and increase project acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, Upwork sales, or freelance platform management.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork's bidding strategies, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Understanding of WordPress development and SEO services (technical expertise is not required but preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals and position services effectively.
