We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Intern)

Basic Salary + Commission

We're a fast-growing startup looking for a Business Development Executive (Intern) to join our team and take a start with our Upwork profile.

Early Stage Co is an IT consultancy company, and we're currently seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Intern who's eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. As an intern, you'll support the team in identifying new business opportunities by researching target clients and following up on leads. You'll also assist in communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions—all while helping to build strong, long-term client relationships.

Location: G-11 Markaz, Islamabad (On-site)

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone with prior experience working on Upwork (freelance or agency)
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to write compelling client proposals and handle queries
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in a startup culture
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize our Upwork agency profile
  • Craft custom proposals and respond to client invites
  • Assist with lead generation and business outreach
  • Support the team in tracking and converting leads into clients
