About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative (TSR) to join our team in Lahore. This is an on-site position located in DHA Phase 5. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with legal professionals through outbound calls and messaging campaigns, helping to ensure their profiles are up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to legal professionals
Execute messaging campaigns to initiate and maintain client engagement
Collect and document client feedback to improve service quality
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate outreach and follow-ups
Accurately record call outcomes and customer interactions in CRM systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Capable of managing a high volume of calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Must be based in or willing to commute to DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
