Summary:
Waada Digital is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented sales agents to drive our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, excellent networking skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit skilled call center sales agents to meet business growth needs.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including digital and social media campaigns.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong networks within the sales and call center industry.
- Collaborate with operations managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics using Excel and other tools.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for call center or sales roles, with expertise in high-volume hiring.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales environments, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, resilient, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
