About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resumes, phone interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Negotiate offers, extend job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for [insert specific industry if needed, e.g., IT, eCommerce, staffing, etc.].
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
