HR Executive

We are a growing organization seeking a professional and experienced HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support management in performance evaluation and appraisal systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven HR experience (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
