About the Role

As an Associate, Project Launch, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end launch processes for client delivery projects.
  • Receiving new projects and assigning them to account managers via HubSpot.
  • Supporting global client delivery teams by creating and launching new projects.
  • Managing client records and creating new clients on the Atheneum Platform.
  • Meeting launch KPIs.
  • Making judgment-based decisions and solving problems in technical scenarios.
  • Coordinating international collaboration among teams in different regions.
  • Coordinating with support teams such as Platform Support and Controlling.
  • Communicating with Business Development teams regarding new clients.
  • Aligning with Client Delivery teams on technical errors and specifications.
