Project Associate – Partnerships and Project Management

The LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship (LCE) is a hub for innovative ideas and forward-thinking individuals. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our dynamic Partnerships and Projects Team.

This role requires a strong commitment to collaboration, timely execution, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support partner outreach and relationship management through a structured approach.
  • Conduct and document meetings with current and potential partners to ensure strategic alignment with LCE's objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sourcing and assessing new opportunities aligned with LCE's focus areas, including funding, mentorship and networking for startups.
  • Coordinate project execution in collaboration with internal teams such as Learning & Development, Marketing, Finance, Admin and Makers Lab.
  • Build and sustain effective partnerships across the private sector, government, NGOs, academic institutions, think tanks and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop communication plans that highlight partnership outcomes and engagement.
