Job Overview:

Bitlogia Digital is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our in-house marketing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads. You'll play a key role in driving traffic, generating leads, and improving ROAS for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
  • Analyze and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Develop ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for visual assets
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics and ad performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
  • Ability to create effective ad copy and A/B test creatives
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid search
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
