Role Description:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help us acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with potential customers in the US, using consultative selling skills to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads via LinkedIn and email outreach.
In addition, the candidate will manage our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content to boost our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Identify job opportunities and craft tailored proposals for clients.
- Analyze client requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
- Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining client communication.
- Use LinkedIn, cold email outreach, and other tools to generate leads and build relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to improve engagement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Certifications: Not mandatory, but relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in the software industry is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type:
Full-time, On-site
Timings:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Training:
On-job training would be provided
