Title: Senior Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Timings: 6pm - 3am (Onsite)

Candidates having prior experience working as a recruiter in the US healthcare industry are encouraged to apply

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in healthcare recruiting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
