We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Sr. Technical and Non-Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with active and passive candidates through various platforms such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed.
- Resume Review: Analyze resumes to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Initial Screenings: Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based recruiting firm.
- Extensive experience with using ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evening hours to accommodate US time zones.
