Job Description:
This is a full-time onsite role for a technical recruiter - audit firms located in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our client companies in the audit industry. The technical recruiter will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
Education: Bachelor's and master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Must have 3-4 years of experience as a recruiting in the software and IT industry.
Thorough understanding of the audit industry and technical skills required for audit roles.
Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Location: DHA Phase 02 Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive plus incentives
