About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Klaviyo Email Designer to join our growing marketing team and elevate our email marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in transforming strategy into beautiful, high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and results-oriented, with a strong command of email design best practices and Klaviyo's platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive, mobile-first email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor or custom HTML/CSS
Develop visually engaging email campaigns for key flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotions
Create branded newsletters that align with the company's voice, aesthetic, and goals
Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to produce A/B testing variants and iterate based on performance metrics
Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all email communications
Monitor and optimize email design performance, focusing on open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and design
Requirements:
2+ years of experience designing email campaigns within Klaviyo
A strong portfolio of email designs showcasing responsive layouts and performance-oriented design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
Deep understanding of email design fundamentals including layout, typography, CTAs, and accessibility
Experience with eCommerce brands and familiarity with conversion-focused design principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
