- Utilize email marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Sales Force, HubSpot, or similar to set up and automate campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Develop engaging email copies, design layouts, and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and enhancing brand recognition.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns, maximizing the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.
- Build email lists using various tools and methods, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates, refining email marketing strategies.
- Develop advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email responses, providing a superior customer experience.
- Monitor email campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and other relevant data points.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing campaign performance and staying ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling content.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template modifications, a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
