The role of an Email Marketing Executive is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of email marketing principles, campaign management, and analytical skills.   • Plan and create email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle campaigns, to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Utilize email marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Sales Force, HubSpot, or similar to set up and automate campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Develop engaging email copies, design layouts, and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and enhancing brand recognition.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns, maximizing the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.
  • Build email lists using various tools and methods, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates, refining email marketing strategies.
  • Develop advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email responses, providing a superior customer experience.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and other relevant data points.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing campaign performance and staying ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template modifications, a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
