As a Sales Manager at Four Star Homes on the east coast of Florida, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team of over 100 remote agents across Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing on-the-ground leadership, and ensuring that our agents have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Compensation:

  • Expected yearly earnings: $100,000
  • Paid Time Off

This position will be a hybrid role, with some hours working from home and some traveling to the local parks ranging from Vero Beach south to Port St. Lucie. Candidates must be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote sales agents
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership, including site visits and face-to-face support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers and company leadership to drive overall sales growth
  • Ensure agents have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture aligned with Four Star Homes' values and principles
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region is a must
  • Familiarity with the manufactured home market is a plus, but not required
Compensation

$100,000 at plan earnings
