Company Description
SUNGROW FERTILIZER INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LTD specializes in fertilizer products and operates in multiple territories including Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Sargodha, MandiBhauddin, Bhawalnagar, Balwal, Kot Momin, Samundri, HafizaAbad, Sheikhupura, ShikarPur, Gujranwala, and Narowal. We are seeking young, energetic sales professionals to join our team as Regional Managers, Zonal Managers, and Area Sales Managers. Candidates must have 3-4 years of experience and strong crop and field knowledge.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faisalabad for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and expanding the company's market presence within assigned territories. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing sales data, training and mentoring sales staff, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong crop and field knowledge with 3-4 years of experience in the fertilizer industry
- Proficiency in sales operations, strategy development, and market expansion
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Faisalabad
