Job Summary:

Descon is seeking a highly skilled Lead – Proposals professional with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end proposal activities, ensuring timely, competitive, and technically sound submissions that align with client requirements and Descon's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.

Analyze client tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and estimation teams for proposal inputs.

Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Prepare risk assessments, cost estimates, and bid strategy.

Communicate with clients for pre- and post-bid clarifications.

Manage proposal timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).

7–10 years of experience in proposals, tendering, or estimation, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.

Strong understanding of technical and commercial evaluation criteria.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and proposal tools.
