Position Summary:

The Pre-Sales & Proposal Executive is responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, from reviewing RFPs to coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely, high-quality, and client-aligned submissions. The role bridges sales, technical, and product teams to craft compelling and compliant proposals.

Key Result Areas:

  • Independently manage the entire proposal/bid lifecycle, from RFP receipt to final submission, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements, maintain high standards, and follow internal compliance protocols.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among technical, product, and business teams to drive efficient proposal development.
  • Lead requirement analysis, define bid strategy, identify risks, and support the development of winning solutions.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to align InfoTech's offerings with client needs across RFPs, RFIs, and similar solicitations.
  • Gain and apply a strong understanding of InfoTech's IP and product offerings to ensure accurate and compelling proposal content.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks throughout the proposal process.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years in pre-sales, proposal writing, or a similar role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Skills:

Strong English writing and editing skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Strong communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
