At Karsaaz EBS, we're looking for an AI Fine-Tuning Specialist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us optimize AI models for real-world applications. We have a vast dataset of voice and text, and we need someone who can fine-tune AI models to align with our product needs—whether it's for a specialized application, database, or other AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do:

Fine-tune pre-trained AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT, Whisper, T5, etc.) for specific use cases.

Train and optimize models on custom datasets (voice, text, and other structured/unstructured data).

Implement transfer learning, supervised learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.

Work with LLMs, speech-to-text models, text-to-speech models, and embeddings to enhance model performance.

Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and deployment in real-world applications.

Collaborate with the team to integrate AI models into applications, databases, and products.

Stay updated with the latest in AI fine-tuning, transformers, and deep learning.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-3.5/4, Falcon, Mistral, Claude, etc.)

Experience with speech recognition models like Whisper, DeepSpeech, or wav2vec and text-to-speech models like Tacotron, VITS, FastSpeech, or Coqui TTS.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API.

Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS for AI applications.

Familiarity with ML frameworks like Keras, Scikit-Learn, FastAPI for model deployment.

Understanding of cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premise solutions).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI innovation.
