About the Opportunity

We seek an accomplished technology leader with expertise in Generative AI to spearhead the development of cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement AI-Powered Solutions: Develop end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions by integrating AI/ML with traditional systems, ensuring seamless scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of engineers in Agile environments, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive Strategic Decisions: Drive strategic technical decisions across infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI components, aligning with business objectives.
RequirementsGenAI Leadership
  • Linguistic Model Expertise: Possess extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT), including fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Agentic AI Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and Agentic RAG implementations.
  • Vector Database Proficiency: Show proficiency with vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern GenAI toolchains.
  • Prompt Engineering Skills: Be skilled in advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) methodologies.
  • Production Experience: Successfully implemented 3+ GenAI applications in production.
Ai/Ml Foundation
  • Ml Development Experience: Strong practical experience building AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Ml Lifecycle Management: Capable of managing full ML lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Enterprise Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise architecture.
Enterprise Architecture & Deployment
  • Full-Stack Development: Full-stack development using the MERN stack or equivalent.
  • Cloud/Hybrid Deployment: Deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Kubernetes Expertise: Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable deployments.
  • Database Knowledge: Database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
  • Api Development: Strong API development skills: REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Devops Experience: Hands-on DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure automation.
Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong ML service exposure.
  • Aws Technologies: AWS technologies: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway (or equivalents on other clouds).
  • Hybrid Architecture: Hybrid architecture planning and implementation combining cloud, on-prem, and AI/ML systems.
Proven Track Record
  • Delivery Success: Delivered 7+ complex enterprise solutions involving AI/ML components.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional technical teams.
