Key Responsibilities:

●Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing support through phone, email, and in-person communication.

●Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

●Manage multiple client accounts efficiently, resolving issues and ensuring service excellence.

●Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met promptly.

●Keep accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

●Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experience.

Required Skills:

●Excellent verbal and written english communication skills

●Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

●Time management and multitasking under pressure

●Customer relationship management and conflict resolution

●Attention to detail and professional work ethics

●Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

●Ability to adapt in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

●Professional email and phone etiquette
