About the role: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff, including waiters, hosts, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing guest complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolution.
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments of food, beverages, and supplies, making informed decisions on ordering and stocking levels.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new team members, focusing on skill development and ongoing staff growth.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in F&B or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and restaurant management software, with ability to analyze data and drive business insights.
