Abroad180 is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and support our growth in the study-abroad consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and events.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and advertisements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proven track record in sales and campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
