Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Karāchi with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, training sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requirement is for the people already working in sourcing companies of textile raw materials ie Fibers, Yarns, Dyes and Chemicals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to develop and conduct Training programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analytics and CRM software
