Sales Manager - US Market Experience (Night Shift)

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve aggressive sales targets for various enterprises. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business enterprises and their customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Establish and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring they are aligned with each enterprise's objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, building trust and loyalty. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the sales team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  7. A deep understanding of the enterprises we are promoting and best practices of each industry.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in fuel distribution and convenience store industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in the English language is a must.

Salary and Compensation: 200 to 250K including benefits (PF, Health Insurance, Pick and Drop, Performance Bonus)
