The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve aggressive sales targets for various enterprises. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business enterprises and their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
- Sales Target Achievement: Establish and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring they are aligned with each enterprise's objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, building trust and loyalty. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the sales team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A deep understanding of the enterprises we are promoting and best practices of each industry.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in fuel distribution and convenience store industry preferred.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
Salary and Compensation: 200 to 250K including benefits (PF, Health Insurance, Pick and Drop, Performance Bonus)
