Qualifications:
  • MBA/BBA from any reputable university / Mechanical or Process Engineering
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including more than five years in Industrial Sales of Lubricants Products (Industrial Grades and drum sales of Automotive Grades), specifically in product formulation, direct sales, and sales support.
  • Proven technical and commercial sales experience with the ability to generate sales volume.
  • Track record of success in a targeted sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to engage at all levels of client organizations.
  • Demonstrated technical and engineering skills applied in the B2B industrial sales market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong negotiation, consultancy, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to a dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional customer management skills, with a focus on building long-term trust and relationships.
Job Specification:

Salary Package: Rs. 60k – 90k (performance-based, reviewed after a 3-month probation period), plus company-maintained car, fuel, and commission as decided.
