We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive who thrives on challenges and is excited to bring our cutting-edge resident management solutions to housing societies, real estate developers, and property managers.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads within the real estate, property management, and housing society sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to housing societies, builders, and property management companies.
  • Leverage multiple channels, including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits, to convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Strategically manage and optimize the sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Client Engagement & Presentations:

  • Conduct on-site visits to housing societies, builders' offices, and real estate developers to showcase our platform's value.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Address client inquiries and provide insights on how our platform addresses pain points in tenant and property management.

Relationship Building & Account Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify potential growth areas.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance features, user experience, and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (experience in SaaS, CRM, or real estate technology sales is a strong advantage).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate, tenant management, property management, or CRM software is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence in conducting in-person meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
