Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and develop effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual monthly targets.
  • Effective communication with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer care and resolving any complaints.
  • Managing customer files and updating the Oracle-based ERP Sales system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Long-term Objectives:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Creating and distributing promotional materials to target audiences.
  • Preparing presentations for delegations and meetings to promote products and services.
  • Appointing and managing sales agents nationwide and internationally.
  • Organizing events and public gatherings to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
  • BBA degree in Marketing or MBA preferred.
  • Strong background knowledge of the housing industry.
  • Proficiency in database management and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and local languages.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Good personality and strong interpersonal skills.
