Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns tailored to ICPs across key verticals and regions
  • Manage and optimize sequencing tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead) to drive scalable outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess BANT-fit and set appointments for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, lead scoring, and content strategy
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Share insights on lead quality, objections, and market trends with leadership and marketing
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new SDRs, sharing best practices and scripts
  • Continuously test and improve outreach cadences, subject lines, and email content
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs including qualified meetings, replies, and pipeline value

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
