We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and systems. The candidate shall be able to work independently on Mainframe projects and Composition Projects.
  2. Mainframe background and knowledge around COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and composition tools like Open Text with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test, and production support. Preferred knowledge of scheduling applications using TWS.
  3. The candidate must be able to work independently on end-to-end project delivery and ensure successful implementation.
  4. Technically lead mainframe and document composition projects.
  5. Build expertise within the team through knowledge sharing sessions and adopting new technologies.
  6. Possess good technical knowledge of OpenText Exstream 16.5 on Windows and Linux platforms.
  7. Ability to work independently on OT Exstream and Mainframe projects.
  8. Work closely with project teams to resolve blockers.
  9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical messages to non-technical audiences.
  10. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and communicate resolutions effectively.
  11. Effective collaboration, team, and presentation skills, with proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  12. People and resource management skills, including CDP, one-on-ones, skill management, and leave management.
  13. Ensure project delivery within budget using Clarity.
  14. Knowledge of automation tools such as APPD, SONAR, JENKINS, G3, and Control M is advantageous.
  15. Ability to perform service management roles.
