We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communications) or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Experience: At least 10 years working with Genesys within the telecommunications industry, specifically on Contact Center Technologies.
- Preferred: Experience in the financial industry.
- Additional Experience: Over 5 years in Genesys/Aspect operations and ITIL processes.
- Solution and Implementation: Over 3 years of experience.
- Performance: Ability to work under pressure to ensure 99.99% uptime and SLA adherence, managing incidents and Snow requests, and delivering projects on time.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of technical design requirements in Voice and Contact Center fields, with skills to improve technology infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Genesys troubleshooting, understanding problems, and taking corrective actions to minimize business impact.
- Methodology: Maintain an agile mindset, adopting practices and processes like Lean, using tools like JIRA.
- Certification: Genesys certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 8 years of specific Genesys experience.
