Role Purpose

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure, and support services across the organisation. This role will ensure smooth IT operations, security, and system performance while aligning with the overall Group IT strategy. The position requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the Service Now queues for Incident and Request and resolving tickets within agreed SLA's.
• Work closely with other members of the technology team supporting the full enterprise product stack, including but not limited to, Cloud Servers, OnPremise Servers, Cloud Services, Networking, Software and Databases.
• Monitor and manage performance, and to tune or make recommendations to improve end-user experience.
• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support for all global Enterprise systems.
• Help maintain a suite of knowledge base articles and provide training to the service desks around the global network to enable them to efficiently support the business.
