Job Title: Sales Closer – Call Center (Full-Time)Role Summary

We are looking for a professional, self-driven Sales Closer with prior call center experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is career-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at handling objections and rebuttals. You must possess excellent communication and convincing abilities and be able to complete training requirements within the given deadline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential prospects and actively follow up on sales leads
  • Communicate with interested customers to explain product or service details
  • Negotiate and discuss terms with potential clients to close sales
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to improve client retention
  • Listen to customer concerns, address issues, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Educate clients about the benefits of our offerings and resolve objections confidently
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated in CRM tools where applicable
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in a call center or tele-sales environment
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
  • Confident in handling rebuttals and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to learn quickly and complete training within deadlines
  • Professional attitude and a customer-centric approach
