
B2B Closer Night Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing high-value B2B software deals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and contributing directly to our revenue growth. If you have a proven track record of closing complex sales, especially in the software or tech industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with qualified leads and conduct sales meetings to present Backendz Software's solutions.
Understand client needs and pain points to tailor software solutions that match business objectives.
Handle the complete sales closing process — from proposal development to negotiation and contract signing.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure feasibility and value alignment.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales closing experience, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of software products, SaaS models, and the technology landscape.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close deals effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
