
Sales / Lead Generation Specialist

Lead generation of prospects, quoting and selling the relevant policy or policies.
- Cross-selling various insurance products over the phone, persuasive emails, etc.
- Generating applications, attaching files, rating quoting, and preparing an XL sheet of comps with all companies.
- Prudently follow up with companies for policies downloaded and received via email.
- Sharing weekly statistics with designated team lead in the form of a presentation.
- Liaise with clients via email as well as inbound/outbound calls.
- Deliver remarkable customer service through empathy and professionalism.
- Improve the knowledge base and training materials to help users.
- Be organized and meticulous in handling critical and confidential data.
- Assist with process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications as well as G-Sheets.
- Should have a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a 1.3 Core Processor.
- He/she should have backup Internet and power.
- Should preferably have a stable fiber optic connection with a static IP which is whitelisted from PTA.
- He/She should be comfortable using VPN and ideally should have PTA-approved VPN status.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Should have knowledge of social media to generate and close leads.
- Committed and honest towards his job.
- Smart enough to browse and get information online.
- Would be an add-on if he has worked for a US company before.
- Efficient in multi-tasking.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
