Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Microsoft Practice Sales Manager to lead and grow strategic sales across Microsoft Cloud offerings. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Microsoft's partner ecosystem, proven success in B2B enterprise sales, and the ability to drive high-value engagements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Must Have Qualifications


• 5 to 8+ years of proven Enterprise sales or business development experience in Enterprise software space


• Prior experience working with a Microsoft Partner (Business Applications - Preferred)


• Successful track record in selling Microsoft cloud solutions, including:


• Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central)


• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)


• Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud


• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models for different products


• Full-cycle sales capabilities: prospecting, qualifying, solution positioning, demo, negotiating, and closing deals


• Strong CRM usage discipline with experience in managing pipeline and sales forecasting (preferably using HubSpot)


• Consultative selling approach, with the ability to align business needs to Microsoft's solutions


• Experience delivering tailored presentations and solution proposals to technical and business decision-makers


• Demonstrated integrity, stable career history, and professional references


• Collaborative and communicative, working effectively with internal teams, Microsoft, and clients


• Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance client success and business outcomes


• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, Microsoft-aligned environment

Nice to Have Skills


• Experience directly co-selling with Microsoft field teams and engaging through Microsoft Partner Center tools


• Familiarity with Microsoft's go-to-market programs, Marketplace, and commercial incentive structures


• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem


• Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a business development or sales team


• Strong ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and handle competitive bid processes


• Strategic approach to building long-term client relationships beyond transactional engagements


• Ability to collaborate with technical pre-sales, solution architects, project managers, and marketing teams


• Strategic thinker focused on long-term client value and scalable solution sales


• Inspiring communicator with the ability to influence internal teams and external stakeholders
