Currently, we are looking for a Solution Sales Manager. The candidate will provide leadership to the sales team, collaborate with leadership in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company, and manage worldwide sales for VIDIZMO's product line and services to maximize sales revenues and meet business financial goals.
The ideal candidate must be responsible for:
- Managing sales team, partnerships, and all sales channels
- Establishing and managing effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel
- Performing sales activities on major accounts, negotiating sales price & discounts
- Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff
- Reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the company
- Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all the company's products
- Providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity
- Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Formulating all sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Assisting sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
- Collaborating with Sales Leadership to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
- Interpreting short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
- Educating sales team through programs/seminars on new account sales, emerging products, profitability, and competitive strategies
- Collaborating with sales leadership to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade shows
- Overseeing and evaluating the sales team's performance, resource requirements, and allocation
- Formulating and implementing key sales practices to develop a productive culture
- Documentation as per policies and procedures
- Managing RFP/RFI/Tender purchase processes up to delivery and payment
- Developing monthly sales plans, visit plans, cost sheets, and market intelligence reports
- Providing clear sales requirements to other departments for maximum productivity
- Carrying out market surveys and pricing analysis as required
- Identifying new segments and leads for business development
- Assisting in employee training and development
- Providing feedback on sales and marketing team performance to leadership
- Ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction through engagement with other departments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Selling IT Solutions
- Strong English communication skills: verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Managing Expectations
- 3-5 years of experience managing sales teams and consistently meeting targets
- Authorized to work legally
