We are an Australian-based company looking to grow our presence globally.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Product Consultant to join our team; the successful candidate will drive the development of our product offerings and participate in project deliveries.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Team leads to understand, contribute to, and implement Solution designs
  • Developing, testing, and deploying solutions
  • Managing Support desk tickets from end-to-end
  • Development of solutions across multiple platforms and technologies such as Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and associated technologies
  • Where needed, engaging directly with clients to help provide support
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in both Products and processes
  • Timely updating of DevOps Work Items and Support tickets with progress and outcomes

Must have development experience in the majority of the following technologies/activities:

  • Power Automate
  • React
  • Front End Custom Development
  • Plugins Development
  • Portal Development
  • Custom Pages
  • Paginated Reporting
  • SSRS
  • Power BI
  • SharePoint Development
  • Project Online
  • Data migration activities

Nice to Have:

  • React experience (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of Agile & DevOps
  • Power Platform Administrator experience

Non-Technical Skills


•Complete required work within the timeframes.


•Updates are made as work progresses, so teams are aware of the current workload demand/status.


•Work requested is actioned within required timeframes and provides regular updates to the Team


•Can communicate both verbally and in writing in a way that is mostly understood.

Requirement/info gathering


• Can identify and ask/request basic information that is important to understand the topic and determine a solution.


•Can document requirements and basic information required for development, but does require peer review.
