Job Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the President to plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close projects across various departments within the company.
  2. Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  4. Facilitate clear and timely communication between the President, project team members, and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
  6. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients, to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
  7. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  8. Provide administrative support to the President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  9. Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
  10. Supervise the Click-up tool.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. 3-4 years of Project Management and Digital Marketing experience with a Computer Sciences background.
