Position: Local Sales Executive (IT Industry)

Join our team at Kamsoft as a Local Sales Executive, where you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and nurturing strong business relationships in the local market.

Location & Work Hours:

On-site | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Local Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local clients.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and report on performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in Design services within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, BBA or related field)
