Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our Fragrance Lab team. The selected candidate will assist in perfume mixing, formulation, and day-to-day lab operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fragrances and looking to build a career in the perfume industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and mixing of fragrance oils as per given formulas
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lab area
  • Label and record all fragrance batches accurately
  • Assist in weighing, measuring, and pouring ingredients
  • Stock management of raw materials and lab equipment
  • Support in quality control and testing procedures
  • Work closely with the senior lab staff and follow their instructions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Science preferred)
  • Fresh or up to 1 year of experience in lab or production work
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand for long hours and manage repetitive tasks
  • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices
  • Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
