Better Devices is a Product-First Embedded Systems studio based in Berlin. We transform innovative product visions into effective and scalable embedded systems.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to join our Islamabad office. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. As a founding member of our sales team in Islamabad, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead the team, shaping the company's future in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop tailored sales pitches, utilize outreach channels, act as a product expert, and collaborate with engineering teams.
  2. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and build long-term client relationships.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities with CRM tools and provide updates to leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

Required Skills: Passion for sales, excellent communication, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.

Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years in senior sales roles, preferably in embedded systems or related fields, with a proven track record of sales growth and client relationship management. Experience in leading sales teams is a plus.
