We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team, specializing in insurance sales through cold calling. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase insurance products. Your exceptional communication skills, resilience, and ability to handle objections will be vital in successfully converting leads into satisfied clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Specification
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is advantageous.
