Job Title: Call Center Lead (Sales)
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Lead for our Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be fluent in English, and possess a proven track record of closing sales. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for motivating the team, monitoring call quality, and implementing strategies to increase sales conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to improve the team's performance.
- Ensure agents follow scripts and best practices to engage with customers effectively.
- Monitor live calls, evaluate call quality, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist agents in closing sales and handling escalations when necessary.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the team.
- Report team performance and sales results to senior management.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment to keep the team motivated.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales-oriented call center.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and call center tools.
Timings: Monday to Friday
Salary: 70,000 to 80,000 Pkr + Commission
