Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain a safe and harmonious work environment by delegating duties effectively.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses and effective conflict resolution.
  4. Develop and implement quality systems to enhance customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-4 years of experience as a team lead in a call center.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
