Role

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Education Counsellor & Admin Executive to support students in their study-abroad journey and ensure smooth office operations. This is a hybrid role, combining student counselling, administrative management, and social media support.

Responsibilities
  • Guide students and parents about study abroad options, admission processes, and visa requirements.
  • Handle student/client inquiries in person, via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain and update student files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist counsellors in scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Draft and respond to professional emails and official correspondence in English.
  • Support social media management (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) with updates and student engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate student events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Perform office administration tasks (supplies, reports, record-keeping, vendor coordination).
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident, presentable, and strong interpersonal skills.
